March 2011

The February meeting of the First State Brewers was held at the home of Tammy & Scott Perlot.

There were a lot of new faces, as homebrewers from the Dover area took advantage of the close proximity of the meeting. Unfortunately, relatively few northern club members made the trip down to Smyrna.

Don’t forget the homebrew competition this summer called Delaware State Fair Battle of the Brews. Click on the link for more details.

There were not enough current members at the meeting to hold the club election, so it was pushed back another month. Nominations will remain open for the start of the March meeting. After all nominations have been accepted or rejected, the vote will be taken.
