The May meeting of the First State Brewers was held at the home of Kent Spriggs. Kent led the group with a discussion of yeast and preparing yeast starters.

We’re doing something a little different this month for our meeting.
The June meeting of the First State Brewers will be held at the Two Stones Pub on Wednesday, 6/22/11, from 6:00-9:00 pm.

FYI. My wife and I went there for dinner last week and the food and beer were delicious!
