Yeast starters rule. They build cell counts, get your beer fermenting faster and cleaner… I haven’t brewed a batch without one since my very first.
Now you need to become a believer in Servomyces… It helps even more.
I recently brewed a porter that started out at 1.074… it was at 1.024 in 3 days, between the starter and Servo. That’s some fast and clean fermentation.
