If I had that kind of scratch lying around… I’m still not sure I’d invest in a brewpub. Too hard to get a return on your investment… although the Colorado aspect is kind of nice.

Hey - did anybody see that John Harvard’s has finally closed down? A couple months ago the business went up for sale. As of at least Saturday, doors locked signs on the door - Closed. Anybody know more?

Yeah… After the Kennett Brewfest on Oct 8th, my wife and I stayed at the McIntosh Inn right next to there for the explicit reason that we could walk over and get a beer. I was really bummed when we found it closed. Don’t know why - but they said to visit their other (much futher away) locations.
