WTOP ran that story locally. A local bartender said it would be annoying to have to be constantly reminded. Someone else said wait staff should be aware when people need new drinks anyway. Not sure how I feel.

They should take this one step further and have empty time statistics reflect on the waiter/waitress’ review or cut of the tip money! Now THAT would create better service!
