Early morning mashing…
Sunday, August 14th, 2005Almost done mashing my imperial stout… Been up since 4:45am. Full speed ahead… time to go get the mash-out water boiling. Hopefully I’ll be done brewing by noon today… This is going to be a long boil… (nearly 2 hours).
* YAWN *
Coffee time too.
